Breakfast Biscuit Sandwich Dinner

Not a big dinner but I felt like some biscuit sandwiches for dinner tonight.
Made some fresh homemade biscuits to start with.
Tossed some ham in a pan to grill a bit.
Biscuits fresh out of the oven.
Cooked some eggs for the biscuits, added some sliced cheeses and grape jelly and it was a meal.

I've put grape jelly on a sausage biscuit before, and it was a good salt/sweet mix. How does it work with the ham egg and cheese?

I love breakfast food but never actually eat breakfast. We probably have a breakfast supper once a week.

Those look great.
A well executed biscuit is a thing of beauty that sadly is getting harder and harder to find. Seems like as a kid for me every little mom n pop store would have some old lady in the kitchen that would make them from scratch . Hell, that use to be the deciding factor when trying to choose a fishing location. The area that took us past the best biscuits was where we would go. Everywhere now uses frozen Cisco biscuits.
Fortunately for me my better half makes amazing biscuits.
