I have not seen mango salsa anywhere but the bonefish. I am sure it exists, but I haven't found it.

Go to Trader Joe's and get their mango ginger chutney. Not the same as salsa, but you'll like this a lot.

Doesn't The Rum House have mango salsa on one of their tacos?

Not a restaurant, but Sam's has had a good Mango Salsa that is only slightly cooked, and Aldi's has one that is more pureed, and seems to have been cooked a bit longer.

I've seen it at Costco or Sams. I can't remember which.
