I'm down to 1-1lb pack of smoked pork butt left...... need to put some on the smoker.

I went to the one in Laffy a few weeks back when they had it. The butcher putting them out told me to grab as many as I wanted and if I needed to go to the car and come back to get more.

So what I did was go to the self-checkout...I wasn't sure if the computer system would have the limit or not....they didn't so I walked out with 8. I did make 2 trips out of it

Also they are running that same sale again at the laffy locations starting today.

I picked up 2 today. I’d get more, but I’m out of room in my freezer. I may go grab a couple this weekend and put them straight onto the smoker.

I have a chest freezer, but that thing is full too!!!! Probably doesn't help that the wife and I froze water in every spare container we had before Ida hit and it's all still in my freezer. But I don't want to take it all out until hurricane season is completely over.
