Picked up the boys from school a couple blocks away and passed by. They were slammed but prepared. Blue Store is usually way too salty for me but these were not nearly as salty and had good flavor.
In and out in no time and the drive-thru was moving quick. Super impressed for a Grand Opening and they maybe had five people working.

Got 100 wings last Saturday. Called it in Friday, dude said 10:30. Walked out at exactly 10:30, they even carried it to the truck.
Also got a dozen each of livers and gizzards. Both excellent.
Parking situation does suck. the guy carrying the stuff out said the city told them they had to have a certain amount of green space. so, they were limited in their parking lot space.

If I’m them with the parking issues I’m shutting down the counter inside and going 100% drive thru. Maybe walk up only inside, but no car parking and get rid of the available parking spots. No reason you need to get out of your car and go in the place. They focus on that and keep the speed as people say it is and all is good.
