Got the fried chicken sandwich for lunch, and it's the best thing on the menu. Wings are a close second.

Is it the spicy chicken sandwich? Because I had that recently and didn't like it.

It was messy and the spice level was so goddamn high I could barely eat it.

It's a damn fine sandwich but not the best thing on the menu. I think everyone should go get one before HOGS.

It's a BBQ joint. Calling a fried chicken sandwich the best thing on the menu is doing their pitmasters wrong.

Some places would get crucified for running out at 12:30, but good for them.

Their quality control could use some work IMHO. Have had some issues on my past two trips.

I don't take anyone seriously who doesn't think the wings and sprouts are the best things on the menu tbh.

To think the only thing left on the CCBBQ menu at 4:00 on Sunday was burnt ends.

I was waiting for the posts on here bitching.

So, I'm a way more experienced BBQ eater than pitmaster, but this post from Chef Rob got me curious.

Aren't burnt ends made from trimming off the point of the brisket then finishing them? So wouldn't this mean he found a cheaper source of brisket and not a cheaper source of burnt ends?

I do need to go back there and get some more ends though. Been a while. Got wings last couple times in there.
