can't wait until they bring back kung pao sauce. the kung pao pork is one of the best poboys ive eaten at poboy fest

it was kung pao pork poboy, not chicken

but they should have the kung pao sauce available for the wings

can't beat the GOAT BUS sauce though, hybrid rooster/inferno

It was kung Pao pork. And they have kung Pao sauce now and have had it since they opened the new location.

Went for the first time today and I enjoyed it. Had Rooster wings, brisket and a link of spicy green onion sausage. Sides were mac-n-cheese and baked beans. Sat at the bar and had three glasses of South Coast on tap, which was a first for me. Liked it.

The brisket was extremely tender and maybe a touch salty for my taste but still very good. Wings were also good but I probably went in there expecting to be floored because of the hype. I thought they might've been cooked early that morning and reheated yet I was the third customer in line at 11am. That being said, I'd probably still give them another shot.

Beans and mac were the stars of the show for me. Both delicious. Sausage was also very good. All that being said, I'm a fan and will definitely be back. Very nice wait staff that checked on me even while I chatted with the bartender.

Next visit will be ribs and smoked chicken. And wings.

Went at 5:30 yesterday.

Line wasn't bad when I walked in. 10 mins later it was to the door.
