What are some good outdoor day drinking spots in the area with good views and good atmosphere?

We just got back from our bachelor trip last weekend in Biloxi. McElroy's was fantastic. I really enjoyed the snapper. Seafood gumbo was solid as well. It sits about 2-3 stories up and you can see the Gulf from the balcony if you get that seating. Bushwackers were great and they have some fun fruity drinks if you're into that.
Sandbar is supposed to be fun, but we didn't go.
We at at Brewpaddle Cafe for breakfast/brunch. Very chic location. I'd recommend the corn beef hash. They also served this cold brew Coca-Cola and vanilla mixed coffee that was surprisingly great. Last two areas mentioned were in the downtown area.

I think next weekend is "Black Spring Break" over there. Could be rowdy.

The Blind Tiger next to the Margaritaville in Biloxi. I like the one in Bay St. Louis a little better but this one is fine if you are in the neighborhood.

Pretty much every place on Government St in ocean springs will have outdoor drinking.
Not outdoor but there are two new cocktail spots in OS called eleven and the red apple. Good spots to duck into for a cocktail

BSL has well over 10 bars in walking distance…just park your car and walk around. Most businesses have more than one as well, so countless food and bar options. You couldn't have a drink at every bar and still find your car…
