Slice it thin and put it on a salad cold.

this is what I do with leftover steak the majority of the time. if I am going to eat it "hot" I just let it come to room temp then mix it with just just-cooked, hot eggs.

I love to make steak and egg burritos with leftover steak. onion, bell pepper, japs, cheese, egg and meat.

slice thin, lay out on a microwaveable plate, and nuke at a very low setting until warmed just right. You'll have to experiment with your microwave. Does not cook the steak and it's ready to be eaten nice and warm and juicy..

That's what I do. Usually by hand standing in the kitchen.
Or slice it on a salad.

The trick is to get your milk boiling at just the right temperature...
