For Street Tacos, the Red Food Truck on Florida Blvd, near Greenoaks is hard to beat. Steak Tacos are 2 for $5 and very fresh.
I like crispy Tacos, which are getting much harder to find good ones. El Rio Grande on Airline gets my vote.

I've never been to government taco but we had a vendor bring it in for an office lunch once. I thought it was good.

They arent bad, but they are fancy gringo tacos with some different ingredients than your usual taco place.

I like their tacos a lot but they are very non traditional. Not really the same category as La Morenita or El Tio.
