Las Vegas has the best collection of steakhouses in the world. Better than New York, Chicago, etc.

Best is very subjective, and you can’t go wrong at any of these places.

Only question is do you want a true 5 star place like sw steakhouse, strip steak or cut?

Stk at Cosmo is great, but would be a slight notch below.

A tier below that would be the steakhouse at circus circus. Main problem with that place is that it’s at the circus circus.

Agree on the Steakhouse for the Wynn - incredible

The best steak experience I have ever had in Vegas is Bazaar Meat by Jose Andres - LINK

I haven't had a bunch of steaks in Vegas, but I can't imagine it getting better than Gallagher's.

Agreed.

For what it's worth, I have had a filet at Emeril's Fish House in MGM Grand that was as good as any steak I've ever had.

I like The Steakhouse inside Circus Circus. The casino it sits in is a shite hole, but the restaurant puts out a great product. It's "old school" and steaks are prepared over a lump-coal grill.

For a more fancier, prettier and expensive type of place, Prime at Bellagio overlooking the fountains has to be up there as well.

There’s probably 50 restaurants serving prime beef in a 6 mile radius with at least 20 being dedicated steakhouses.

Quality of meat at all these places will be about the same, it just depends on the sides, appetizers and what kind of ambience you want.

Cut was our only option and their featured Rib Ey was $20 per 2 ounces!!!

Got a small regular one for $50 and it was OK? Expensive damn place, $48 a dozen oysters.

Best Whyskie selection at reasonable pricing.

Prime at Bellagio. Seafood tower with some amazing steaks. I believe the steak we had last time was about $20 an ounce.I agreee that there are probably a dozen places that are all pretty comparable.

Need to try that place next time I’m there.

Not a huge steakhouse dude (I much prefer cooking a prime ribeye at home) but I tried BLT a few years ago. It was pretty decent but I doubt I go back. I had a GC for most of the meal
