Rainbow Express on Gardere. Call it in and pick it up quickly. I think it's $6 for a 12 inch shrimp poboy.

George’s has always been solid, but damn their prices are high for being a dive.
If you went to the Perkins location, that’s my cousins gumbo

No. I like being able to get lunch, dinner, and a post bar snack for under $10 when I was in college.
Ya got a problem with that hoss?

Depends on what “best” we’re talking about. Best tasting? Best value? Best shrimp? Best bread? Best location? I’d say a 16 inch shrimp poboy for 8.99 is the BEST value in town.

Po-boy Express is my favorite by far and not just in the under $10 category

Downtown Seafood makes a solid shrimp po-boy for $8.99. Parking will be a pain in the arse unless you work downtown or got tapped for jury duty. Your best bet is to park in the Convention Street garage (which only takes credit cards)

a 6-7" shrimp po-boy
