Delachaise has a smoke show lineup at most any given time. Like R2R said, it's not particularly a pick up bar, but it can be done (

I've been a few times recently and it really is a good spot. Lots of groups stroll in there after weddings or parties already having a good time.
Plus they have the John Taffer "butt funnel" on each side of the bar.
