...and that is why the Mac and cheese is gone and the BR Jambalaya is full! Tomatoes do not belong in Jamabalaya.

Is there a Jambalaya Shoppe or Pot and Paddle in Nola? Won't blow anyone away, but it's decent Jambalaya that will certainly get eaten.
