Looking for some semi healthy chicken recipes for the slow cooker. No rice, just sauces and spices. Thanks

Crockpot or covered in a slow oven.
2-3lb pk boneless-skinless chicken thighs.
Season generously with chili powder.
pour over
1 bottle Kraft original BBQ sauce.
1 bottle worcestershire sauce (equal size)
Cover and cook on low 2-3 hrs. Can thicken with a cornstarch slurry before serving. Serve over mashed potatoes.
Cheap. Easy.
Semi-healthy to me is eating what I like in reasonable portion.

2 breast, jar of salsa, packet of taco season, packet of ranch seasoning, low for 6hrs. Shred and make lettuce wraps with whatever kind of toppings you want with it.

You put a whole bottle of Worcestershire in?
Damn. I use a couple of dashes of W Sauce, I can’t imagine using a whole bottle.
Other than that it’s a good, easy deal to cook up. I’d add some sliced onion and chopped garlic, but that’s just me.

The entire bottle. I get the generic brand as close to the same size as the bottle of Kraft bbq sauce.
Trust me

Not healthy but good.
Chicken-N-taters
3 lb bag of frozen boneless breast
6 sliced potatoes
4 cups water
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 diced yellow onion
1 diced bell pepper
2 tablespoons Tony’s seasoning (or your favorite seasoning)
Dump everything into crockpot, stir and put lid on then cook on high for 4 or 5 hours. Check potatoes at 4 hours, if cooked, Enjoy!

Frozen chicken breasts
Sliced onion
Sliced mushrooms (canned or fresh)
Salt/pepper/garlic/ranch powder
Cook 4-6 hours until shreddable. Add bbq sauce for sandwiches, taco seasoning for quesadillas, top salads with it. If you keep the seasoning pretty neutral, you can use it for anything. I make this when I make a roast since my wife doesn’t eat red meat.

As a fellow lover of worcheshire sauce and who grew up with kraft bbq for a good chunk of my childhood...
Your recipe has me intrigued

It won’t win any awards, but it’s simple to make.
