Looking to spend less than $20/bottle if possible.

I don't drink such axehandle headache liquids, but whatever. Is Korbel still the standard cheap shite? Or something else?

A bottle of kirklands champagne (actual real French champagne) is around $20 I think

Spend just a couple of bucks more and get Roderer Estate Sparkling from California. Best in that price range.

+1 on Saint Hillaire. Not champagne but a delicious and affordable sparkling wine.

You could try and find some Juve y Camps. But strictly speaking, I don’t think you can find real champagne under $20.

Not champagne but have some in-laws who love this stuff. I've tried it and think it's not bad for a little taste. And it's cheap and easy to find
