I've lived in Baton Rouge for the past 10 years now and I've never had the Mason's Grill burger.

I've had it a couple times, and it's OK, but certainly not worth the hype it receives.

BrewBachers. Legit place. I never think to go there anymore.

Twin peaks burger is very good.

A lot of people think bar food and write-off the quality b/c of the 'scenery' aspect of the business model. But they advertise and it's true, everything is fresh handmade daily(dressings, burgers, etc).

It's on par with the Outbacks and Ninfas of the world.

They just opened a new one in Laffy.

Food must be great cause the line is 30 deep out the door.

I hate Brewbachers.

Most places can put out a good chicken club because of their nice seasoned flat top, their abundant use of butter, etc.

Theirs literally tastes like I pulled a chicken breast out of a pack, cooked it in brand new skillet with no seasoning on the meat, cooked for too long, and put on a bun straight from the bag.

I can only imagine their burger is the same.

Every burger I've ever had there has been dry and overcooked. The last time I was there, I got a catfish poboy for like $9 with only 3 small pieces of fish. I wouldn't get a poboy or burger there, but if it's your thing, some of the specialty items are actually good. I really like their california club sandwich w/ fries.

I'm not sure if I've ever eaten a bad hamburger.

Too sloppy and undercooked is only thing I can't take on a burger.

With that said, any local popular estab in town should suffice.
