I hate giving this out to Bamers but this is the place, :)
Google, Kartchners specialties meats Krotz Springs La. Best I've ever had.

There's a shipping section on the site, but when I click on it, the page below is blank. You could call them. I doubt you're going to find much variation in shipping costs, though. Shipping perishables is costly.

I love Kartchner's. Had some boudin balls last night. They crisp up in a 350 degree oven quite nicely.

From the original list, I like Poche's the best by far. Everybody has a personal favorite -- mine is TJims in Cottonport -- but it really comes down to how much you want to spend and how much the different places will charge you to ship.

I don't know what other places charge, but I ordered recently from Cajun Grocer and it was $22 for 8 lbs total of sausage and crawfish tails shipped to TN. Not too bad for perishable items.

He's looking for good boudin. I don't know what kind of sausage you ordered from there because I don't know what brands they carry, but I glanced at the boudin options and I wouldn't pay to order those. You're right, though, that Cajun Grocery will likely have the better shipping price. I was talking about the locally owned boudin/Cajun meat stores.

Yeah, not arguing quality. Just throwing some recent numbers out there. I actually passed on getting some boudin because I didn't recognize those brands they sold.

I ordered andouille and crawfish tails. Neither of which can be found around here (besides the shite they try and pass off as andouille).
