Need to put up a buddy his wife and 2 kids and want them to have an awesome breakfast, not a casino hotel. Included breakfast would be preferred.

Drive over to Simple Joe. I wouldn't think this city offers anything that can compete.

The Watermark/Gregory (downtown) and the Crowne Plaza (mid) have what you're asking for, although most Marriott/Hilton properties have a suitable complementary breakfast you can grab without combing your hair first.

Embassy Suites on Constitution used to be the answer. Good hotel with a fantastic breakfast buffet that was included with the room. A kids dream. Now days if you don't have a family reunion T-shirt on you'll likely not enjoy it much

I've used the Marriott, Renaissance, and Watermark for corporate events and they all do a great job on breakfast.

The Watermark/Gregory (downtown)

I’ve stayed there twice in the last 6 months and while it’s a great place to stay, the breakfast in the restaurant was a huge disappointment.

Have you tried Milford's at the Watermark downtown? It is fantastic and economical. Anytime I'm downtown I go by there and get the breakfast platter for $10. They have this fantastic grilled biscuit with eggs and grits and bacon. Give that a try.

Milford's

Absolutely. That’s where I get breakfast when staying at Watermark. It’s a shame that a small place with a griddle can do a better job than a full restaurant. Ridiculous if you’re paying $4-500/night and they serve day-old biscuits.

Circa late 90’s and early 2000’s this place was incredible as a kid. We stayed every game weekend. Family atmosphere. Incredible breakfast setup with fresh made omelets and pancakes. Indoor pool. I thought this was peak living as a kid

Seems like right after Katrina it went to absolute shite. Like balls said, clientele went to shite.
