Maybe travel a few blocks out of the Quarter to Cochon Butcher. Their boudin is decent. Casual place with good food.

You’ll have an easier time buying crack cocaine in the FQ than you will boudin.

Nola Poboy on Bourbon, maybe. Call them first. Boudin is a Lafayette-Acadiana thing. Not so much New Orleans. Cochon’s boudin has too much rice, buts lots of other good things there.

Napoleon House has a boudin appetizer. Not bad. Not sure where it's from, but it's not Richard's or Manda's.

New Orleans is not Cajun. Very little boudin. South Louisiana is the place to be for the best boudin. It’s French Quarter not Quarters.
