Time for the once every six month posting of the grilled whole sardines pic?
Posted on 1/11/10 at 12:08 pm to offshoreangler
Some of the guides I fish with eat the canned sardines. I took a like as well and eat them quite often. I like the big ones. single layer, in water or oil. Healthy stuff.

for the most part really simple, but good stuff. a great change since i've spent a lot of time in paris where everything has to be fricked with and fancy.
someone else might know the actual spanish title of some of these dishes
little clams with a parsley sauce
bread slathered with tomato/olive oil
fried squid
great ham
anchovies
ham croquettes
egg and potato omelet
potato chunks with a chili sauce
