Either of the Jacobs in LaPlace is the answer. The acadiana places have great sausages but the LaPlace folk have the andouille dialed.

I tried Best Stop andouille this weekend and was not impressed. Best sausage I’ve ever had is Teets pure pork smoked sausage. The smoked flavor is just incredible

I had Wayne Jacobs send me some andioulle and smoked sauasage. The smoked was very good as well. Tasso was on point. Expensive, but worth every penny here in NE Ohio.
