Just got a Cuisinart one from Costco a few months back that I'm very satisfied with. Has all the features you mentioned.

Based on all the reviews I read, this one consistently ranked as the top toaster oven or very near the top.
Lists for $399.99 at most online places. KaTom has it listed for $330.00.

I have the ninja that flips up. Love it but wish it was maybe 1/2" taller and it would be perfect.

We have a Ninja Air Fryer Flip Up Oven. I can’t say it’s the best because I haven’t tried the others, but we are getting lots of good use from it and love the fact that it flips up when not in use.

I will tell you that when I ordered mine from KaTom that it did take about 2.5 weeks for it to come in. Not sure if they were having supply issues or not, but since I wasn't in a hurry, I didn't mind.
