Beer Fridge check in time...

This is a not so subtle brag about my hunting prowess and also my beer hoarding issues. Basically who wants to come over and help me drink this shite. Setting up the lab for an experiment tomorrow studying the intricacies of the new parish yeast(opus, DDH Envie and ghost) and grace and grace and how they compare with each other. Further testing is needed to decide which is king of Louisiana....for now

I do love me a Barney or a strawgator. Barneys at chimes really are what got my taste buds moving towards craft beers so I owe Abita that.

I've been purging mine from time to time. Throwing out a lot of shite people leave that i've been holding onto in case someone "wants a craft beer".
I'm about to make another purge. I am finding that the only thing i want to drink nowadays are hoppy beers, sours, and coffee stouts. Everything else is just taking up space.

Yea I'm all hoppy beers and stouts myself. Haven't developed a taste for anything else. Eveyytime I venture to something else I go back to the essentials.

Seriously I buy all these IPAs and dipas and worry they won't get drank fast enough. I keep the fridge about 40 degrees. Most of them keep fine for 2-3 months or more. Some of the stouts have been in there a year.
