To me it is a complete insult to Ella Brennan to simultaneously "honor" her in the same sentence as Bourdain.

Actually you can already order the “Bourdain Special” at Domilises - fried shrimp, Swiss, & rb gravy. They’ve had it ever since he visited there

Do you know what the significance of the ingredients are as far as relating to those two?
I agree that it seems strange to "honor" those two in the same sandwich.
I like seeded bread a lot, so I'd try it, but I would prefer it with oysters, bacon and blue cheese.

As Fat Harry said, Cafe Reconcile is a non-profit, and they do some good, much-needed work in the community. Ease up on ‘em.

Cafe Reconcile is one of the better programs in the city, helping kids in poor circumstances find careers in the restaurant industry.
The food is pretty good too.
