Where did you find it? I've been wanting to try it for a few years now, but can never find it in stock.

Ok, where can I find it in B.R? Would like to give this a taste. Maybe Callandros?

Calandros for sure, but almost anywhere that has a decent selection. Think I have seen it at the Pville Winn Dixie.

for a more subtle banana flavor try Sierra Nevada Kellerweis.

it doesn't actually have banana in it though, it's just delicious all by itself.

Not a a bad tasting beer at all. Very heavy and super high on calories. Can only drink two at best.

I've tried it once or twice.. It's enjoyable but it's rich and sweet.. Not something I could drink a lot of.

Give Rogue Dead Guy Ale a shot. Very solid beer.

Solid pick. Not to be confused with this stuff, which tastes about like it sounds...

What are some good flavored IPA's?
I've come to conclusion I like a dark beer based on me liking Saint Arnold Brown (kinda chocolate after taste) and Southern Pecan

Yep, a great hefeweizen with hints of banana and clove. The yeast is what gives it these esters.

If you like those, I'd recommend staying away from IPAs until you get more experienced.

Grab a 6pack of Newcastle next.

The two you enjoy as of now are brown ales, India Pale Ales are not for everyone, and definitely not for someone trying to start liking beer.

You have to kind of work your way into IPAs. Start out with ambers and brown ales. Fat tire is a little hoppy for an amber, that would be a good starting point... then move into a pale ale Voodoo Bengal or Sierra Nevada pale ale. SN pale ale is as hoppy as some IPAs though, so it's not really that light. Once you like those, it's time to hop on board the IPA train.. Hopitoulas is a good IPA to start with.

Rouge hazelnut brown nectar would be a really good beer for you go try.

I really enjoy that one.
