Ate the greens off my crop of sweet potatoes. Damn good! Taste like a milder turnip green.

Cut stems, chopped, added little onion, bacon strips and boiled about half the time I cook turnip greens. Have been throwing them away but no more. They are called Kamote in the Phillipines and Asia.
