Ate the greens off my crop of sweet potatoes. Damn good! Taste like a milder turnip green.

Cut stems, chopped, added little onion, bacon strips and boiled about half the time I cook turnip greens. Have been throwing them away but no more. They are called Kamote in the Phillipines and Asia.

Chao fun su ye. Usually my Asian grocer has them, so good with some ginger, garlic, wine and a hot pan
