Atcha Bakery & Cafe received an eviction notice on July 1, according to a letter displayed on the building's window.

The letter states they must vacate the building within five days of the July 1 notice. The bakery, on 3221 Nicholson Drive, is one of the many eateries to serve the Baton Rouge and LSU communities Lebanese and Greek food.

The original family that owned it sold a while back and it fell off badly after that.

Damn. The 5.75 combo was hard to beat while I was in school (it used to be just the 5 dollar combo)

I'll help pay their rent if they share their recipe for the baked lamb shank.

Not exactly. It's been at least 3/4 years but could've been before then.
