Looking for a good at home espresso machine that will not break the bank.

A good home espresso machine is going to be expensive. Most of the cheaper ones to no get to a high enough pressure. You want a machine that can put out 8-9 bars of pressure.
I should note that the last machine that I had was about 10 years ago. Newer machines that hit the right pressure may be cheaper now.

The folks at Serious Eats usually provide good reviews that I think you can trust.
Here is their espresso machine review with several price points, with one under $200

Invested in a Jura last year and haven’t looked back.

I paid $500 for a Gaggia Brera. I regret nothing

The cheapest option that resembles espresso is a Nespresso machine.
If you want the real thing then what these other guys suggested is a good start.

Biggest issue with at home espresso is that it's pretty crappy if you don't break the bank.
Gaggia makes good machines in the ~$500 range, but you'll also want a grinder to pair with it which will cost just as much as the machine

Romans told me Nespresso, so that's what I bought. They're f&*@ serious about "taking the coffee."

What's your budget? I have a barely used PHILIPS 3200 Series Fully Automatic Espresso Machine I need to get rid of.

How much?? lol
I'm not sure. Looks like they are going for about $350-400 used on ebay. My sister bought it a few days before Thanksgiving. She had cancer and could no longer go out and get fancy coffee. Cancer won the fight on 1/6. She may have made 30 cups of coffee. I have no use for it and don't really know what to do with it.
