I feel like I'm on fire tonight and I'm still stuck in the office for another hour or two.

So many beers to be drank. Feel like every time I look in the thread there's another beer or brewer I have to add to the list. Its getting like my nola restaurant list, its long and even with significant effort is seems to consistently grow over time.

SBD is the White Burgandy Grand Cru.

I know little about how to read a wine label so I don't try.

All I know is that I go every red wine before white and Spanish and South American reds before any others. Just my choices though.

No unearthly at dinner tonight. They ran out at 2:00 today at my honey hole across the street.

Nbd was a grayton pale ale.

Yep, Brooklyn Summer has worked in the past for me at the pool so I won't say that I hate that one but... all of the others are meh.

Bottomland if you're still out there....Fermcap!!??! This shite should be standard in every "kit" out there. Walked away from the kettle and it came up to a boil with absolutely no worries whatsoever. Now I've got the carboy 5.5 gallons full of 1.060 wort chugging away in my kegerator that's subbing as my fermentation chamber without a care in the world.

fricking best thing ever.

Fighting! You're off tomorrow and thursday?

Should be off both days.

Sober, that's another question.

Is Grand boulevard the shopping center in sandestin? Wine world next door to publix?

I found some gems in there last summer (Cigar City bombers, Bruery bombers, DFH 120, and a few others). Chans in destin had bigger selection but this place isn't as well traveled and gets some great stuff.

How is the wine world in Watercolor?

6BD- Founders Centennial

FYI, was at WF in Metairie yesterday and they had a couple of 6 packs of DR 12 mixed in with the DR 13. I thought about picking one of them up because I liked the 12, but didn't have any way of getting it home.

TBD / wow. really like this one. the subtle backdrop of the oak it was aged in and the Malbec grapes is a great complement to the classic stout style.
