FBD was an Envie at The Avenue Pub, my first taste of that beer. Unfortunately I'm hurting pretty bad from last night so I didn't enjoy it like I should have. I guess I'll force myself to try it again
NOLA FBDers, I'm in need of a good bottle shop. Any insight? FYI, I live within walking distance of Audubon Park, so something in that area would be nice.

Does kind of suck, because I'm afraid this loophole is going to act more as appeasement to current craft brewers rather than push the issue of unlimited sales out the front door like other states.
TBD - Stone Enjoy By...almost two weeks out of date. Hope I don't poison myself with the lack of hops.

Neither am I, but it is one seriously flavorful beer-- toasted toffee, caramel, bready; very well-balanced. I'm curious to hear what you think.

Whole Foods only place near there you could walk to. Also a quick drive to Elios on Caliborne they have a decent selection.

I'm not averse to driving, I was mostly just curious if such a place existed close to me. I'll go anywhere as long as the selection is good.

I should have it within a week and I'll let you know. Next BD will be a Great Lakes porter.

I'm working on what may turn into a really good source for FFF. If it pans out, I'll try and hook you up.
On an unrelated note, anyone have any STA Lily Flagg cans and are they going off like the 4th of July?

I've been wanting to try it and it lived up to the hype. Dude I traded with threw it in as an extra.

SBD is a Great Lakes Edmund Fitzgerald Porter. Solid beer.

Evening Gentlemen....
Drank two Rolle bolles or whatever they're called by New Belgium. First was immediately after the Gym and the second was immediately after finishing cleaning up brewing equipment.
Hot Sweaty work and the beer went well with that.
Otherwise I stand by my previous statement that Summer Beers Suck.
How's everyone else doing tonight?

Doing fine. Ran at lunch today and feeling really tired. Good news is that the calf is not bothering me.
Gonna abide by the 2 beer guideline tonight.
