Brand recommendations? I have the small basket type, and while it is good, I can't really cook anything of size (or multiple food items at the same time) in it.

Using one right now...think microwave oven but an actual convection oven.

Quick, quiet, and it doesn't heat your whole kitchen up. I'm still learning how to use it but I like it.

Definitely worth the hype. It’s all I use in the summer. I have a couple of smaller baking dishes that fit perfectly if I’m doing chicken or pork loin. I also have a 6” cast iron skillet that’s great for steaks. Definitely get the oven style and one that has different cooking settings. Mine bakes, brooks, air fries and toasts.

I made a second layer with 1/4" wire and hardware cloth. It works great for air frying chicken livers wrapped in bacon.

I recently purchased a Cosori 5qt. After using it about 5 times this week, I have been wondering why I didn’t purchase sooner.

I have a Breville convection oven as well, but this thing crisps much better

We got a small 1 or 2 quart basket model. Good for reheating or making frozen dishes quickly and giving them some crispy texture. You can reheat many things that were originally fried and avoid soggy leftovers. No real cons that I’ve seen. I didn’t spend over $100 for mine. It has a small basket and tray that I can clean quickly.

I have a Ninja Foodie. It does all kinds of things, but when air-frying, the basket really only suffices for 1-2 people. That works for me and over time I will probably use the pressure cooking capabilities more than I do now. I have roasted a whole chicken in it and that worked well. For more people, I would go for a toaster oven style.

I do use it a lot and it does a great job with many things, all without heating up the oven.
