I have been using these for a few months now. I’m finding them at Mexican grocery stores. They are very good. Not sure if they are in other stores.

Looks like they are out of Houston.

Anyone have any other grocery tortilla suggestions?

la ranchera is a customer of mine. good people.

That said, the best tortillas you'll find in a store is going to be the take-n-bake kinda like below

Y’all talking about the tortillas they make fresh daily in their bakery?

They are great. But I’m asking about non-store made unless y’all know of store made tortillas in the BR area.

You want flour? Make your own and freeze them. Can make five dozen pretty easily. Most of the actual hands on time is the actual rolling/flattening/pressing whatever you wanna call it and the quick cook. Let them cool apart from each other, wrap super tight in plastic wrap in your quantity of choice and then wax paper taped up, they are good for a while in the freezer.

Make them with beef tallow. You’ll be happy

They are good. When you get used to eating thinner flour tortillas like these it’s hard to go back to eating thicker store bought tortillas like Mission.

We make them sometimes in a skillet, but the best is when I grill chicken and peppers/onions on the Weber gas grill fitted with Grill Grates. After the meat and veg are ready, turn down the grill to low as it goes, then toss on the Tortilla Land tortillas for about a minute per side. Make great burritos.

Those are the best store bought tortillas you can get. It's all I'll use and I can only get them in Latin markets.

I assume these are sold in stores around BR but I don't know for sure. Their taco seasoning is fantastic so I've wondered about their other products.

Made in BR area if I'm not mistaken.

Yes, Hola Nola was my go-to until I found Ranchera at the Mexican grocery.

I'll look for Ranchera in my Mexican stores around here.

I love Hola Nola's taco seasoning. Don't think I've ever used it for tacos though oddly enough. It's perfect for making hot dog chili sauce.

I haven’t seen the seasoning. I’ll definitely try it in hot dog chili.

Hola Nola's are fine but La Ranchera is much better.
