Not two things I would generally put together. I’d probably add sausage and smother with okra/tomatoes.

It may work with sausage and cabbage, too, though.

How do you smother your cabbage?

Crawfish, no.

Sausage AND bacon, always.

No, but I would certainly give it a try.

No, but that gives me an idea for coleslaw, or what would be “crawslaw.”

Like others said, nope.

If you are looking for something different to do with LO tails I just did this for the first time and it was fantastic on top of a green salad.

Delicious. It's called crawfish fricassee and can be the prelude to a special savory crawfish gumbo.

Crawfish and Corn Maque Choux is really good. All you have to do is add some chopped peppers, onion, garlic and a couple of stewed tomatoes to your pot of corn.. then throw in the crawfish tails in the last 10 mins. and serve over rice.

I've never done it but wouldn't be opposed to trying it. I think it would be delicious. My problem comes in the fact that no one in my house eats smothered cabbage except me. The wife would much prefer a crawfish stew with any leftover tails.
