I agree. But, slow steaming is the only way to have edible shrimp.

Yep, I'm in the no cheese house. I had a subscription to Bon Apetit a few years ago. But the recipes were too weird...like flounder stuffed with roasted truffles.

I'm more of a Southern Living guy and they send me the mags for 10 bucks a year.

My main problem is rotation. I keep forgetting stuff I made 30 years ago that was great. I never wrote it down. So, I randomly ask folks in real life "what did you have yesterday?" and it usually brings something to mind.
