Hog & Hominy in Memphis has a great appetizer that is fried pig ear strips in a house made Buffalo sauce. It's incredible

Frank’s Red Hot Buffalo sauce is the prime buffalo sauce

you don’t have to like it the best but it’s the most buffalo sauce tasting sauce.

Yep. It's the closest I've found to homemade.

Yep, simple and to the point. Has a great flavor and is "buffalo sauce" to me.

If I want a spicier version I add some Melinda's Ghost to it

Hey baws...... go buy a bottle of your favorite buffalo sauce..... get a pot, pour it in the pot, heat it up to right before simmer, and throw in a few scoops of minced garlic.... cook it for 3-4 mins.... then take an immersion blender to it then put it back in the bottle....

you are welcome.

Moore’s is my favorite. Our oldest child loves buffalo chicken dip and uses Frank’s when she makes it. However, when she first started making it she used canned chicken and the smell from that chicken has now turned me away from Frank’s.

I love the garlic version of hot sauces like Tabasco, Cajun Power, Louisiana, etc.

You just blew my mind, I can't believe I've never thought of doing this myself

I don't know if they have it in your area, but Ott's has a pretty good buffalo wing sauce. They're based in Branson but I don't know if they are sold nationwide or not.

A little Worcestershire is good in it, too.

I do:
2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
1/3 c Louisiana hot sauce
1 tsp Worcestershire
1/4 tsp garlic powder

The immersion blender gives it a nice consistency.
