Since it is the celebration of Chinese new year I figured I would give it a shot. Some of the nicer places have specials.

That being said I chose some regular menu items and they were fantastic.

Didn't realize it was chinese new year, but I had Szechuan for lunch. The real stuff, none of that orange chicken general tso crap. Water boiled fish and chong qing chicken (laziji). Eating leftovers for dinner

We were going to do the same but there was a wait. So we’re grabbing some authentic Chinese sushi to celebrate the new year instead.

You guys are brutal. But not as brutal as the imperialist Japanese we're to the Chinese...

Just came back from Foo Chow's seafood buffet. Ate about 12 lbs. of snow crab legs for $17.99

Figured I'd share some pics

Pork Won Ton in Hot Chili Oil. I won't lie this started off seeming a bit too spicy but the more I ate it the better it got. Almost addictive it was so good. I'll probably go back at some point within the next week just for this.

Salt and Pepper "Prawn" - Looks like regular shrimp to me

I wish I had known that the shells were still going to be on. I wouldn't have ordered. I know you can eat the shells when they're fried but I don't think they got crispy enough. So I peeled and ate which kinda defeated the purpose of the dish IMO. I'll try something different for my main next time I go because the place looks really promising.

Judy's Sichuan Cuisine

I'll probably get the Dan Dan noodles next time

Do the Chinese make a red curry dish? Or are you joining in on the joke?
