Anyone bought one of these, Kalamazoo Shokunin Grill?

Starting at a paltry $5,995.00. Seems like a steal for under $6K, for 432 Sq inches that can hold 225F for 65 hours.

Over insulating a grill just means you have to restrict airflow a lot, which means a dirtier fire. How can it get clean smoke (if you use wood in addition to charcoal)?

I really like they are building these with a deeper firebox to increase the distance between the coals and cooking grate. That’s my main gripe about the green egg, that and the crappy band/hinge design. I’d buy a Komodo Kamado for that price though.
