They just opened up in Lafayette. Cooks in 3 minutes?

Heven't been to one, but I have tried Pizza Artista, which is the same concept. Looks like they're no longer the only ones in town doing this.

It also seems to be a trend in the way of ordering food in Lafayette now. Subway, Izzo's, Pizza Artista, Blaze, Wok-a-licious...they're all a build as you go style.

You've got the heat from the brick it's sitting on, direct heat from the source (usually wood) and then convection heat as well. Considering those ovens run around 700 degrees, a thin za will cook in the blink of an eye.

Blaze is really good for what it is. Fast and cheap.

It's okay. Bascially fast food pizza. Not great, but not terrible.

They don't have the choice of sauces / cheese / toppings that Pizza Artista has.

I was impressed with Pizza A, not only with their customer service but the fact that gluten / lactose free people can enjoy a good za.

I really like the pesto sauce with ricotta, gouda, and gorgonzola cheeses. I agree the staff is very friendly and pay attention to the customers.

yeah agree, but why did that person configure a shitty pizza?

Here's my usual setup...and then I eat just the toppings and leave the crust behind
