That is a little more specific. I need some ideas myself. I want to do something different that I haven't done in a long time or ever. I passed on a couple good things to do in New Orleans because I wanted to stay home and cook for a game which I haven't done this year. The whole neighborhood is cooking so I need something different.

Ideas?

I may do a big hamburger and hot dog spread with about ten different ways to fix them. Not sure. Really just don't have anything jumping out at me. I'm about tired of just qing meat and I'm pizzaed out.

Firing up the trusty weber and doing some stuffed pork chops, poche's boudin, and rabideaux's sausage. Not sure what else.

I feel ya....I'm thinking about doing some type of pasta-chicken meal. I'm tired of cooking the same ol' shite every weekend.

I was kind of wanting corndogs and chicken wings, but I got outvoted, so bone-in ribeyes and baked potatoes with a bottle of cabernet it will be. ...sigh

I'm thinking yard bird. Might nickname it WarEagle something or other, but I think it's got to be a bird of some sort.

I'm doing a drunken war bird and some Fat Pig Newtons...it will involve some fig newtons wrapped in ham covered by sausage and cooked on the grill...I'll let you know how it comes out.
