Do you blanch the cabbage first?
What other stuff do you wrap in cabbage?

I love cabbage and some of the best tacos I had in Mexico were topped in cabbage. So I know I would like it. And I like crunchy non soggy veggies so I personally would not blanch them.
Alot of people use butter leaf or romaine lettuce for wrapping tacos.

Thanks, ill try these also. Today I had some good sausage that I chopped and wrapped in blanched cabbage and I really liked it. This is why I brought up the cabbage.

I made a warm taco salad this week for dinner. Sliced a cabbage into steaks, seasoned with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic and cumin and roasted at 425 for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway. I had shredded chicken and salsa in the crock pot, so once the cabbage was done, I topped each steak with chicken and shredded cheese, then back to the oven until cheese was melted. Topped with guacamole, Chipotle sauce, black olives and jalapeños. It was delicious and very filling. We’ll do that again for sure.
