Any good Broccoli Cheese soup recipes?

I could probably drink the stuff from Jason's deli through a straw it's so good. Anyone got a good recipe they could share with me?

I've used Panera's recipe before but doubled the cheese & thinned it with stock. You can find the copy cat on Allrecipes.com. I make a garnish of garlic coutons, blanched broccoli florets, & diced-peeled broccoli stem.

Probably not exactly what you're looking for, but this soup was very good. If you read the thread, you'll see someone else made it with white cheddar. I'd forgotten about this. I'm going to make it again soon. The broccoli cheese soups lovers really liked it.

I've made it and also added cauliflower and a small dice of Tasso.

Well, I put it in, but since I was on my phone at the time, anything could have happened or not happened as the case may be! I just don't do well from my phone!

If you freeze any of these soups, I recommend doing so without the milk products added.
