There isn't a whole lot of assembly requires on a BGE......a couple of wrenches and maybe a screwdriver should do it.

Neither, at the Superbowl Party. Saturday was opening night, but they were up and running at the party. I think they're going to start hitting the usual suspects(kingpin,RDV,etc) once they get the kinks worked out.

It took a couple hours for me to put mine together including the nest. You could knock it out in 30 minutes if you've done it before.

The bolts should be checked on the band holding the top every now and then. We were at an Eggfest and one of the cooks had a band that wasn't tight and it resulted in a broken ceramic lid.
