I’d heard Janky stopped doing interviews after his last Sous Vide prime rib. Good to know he’s back in the saddle again.

He was at some event in Grand Coteau. Looked like Lost Bayou Ramblers may have been playing and had cameramen there. Just piecing together from Facebook photos of friend’s posts.

I think they're making a show about Cajun Mardi Gras.
Local hotel servers say he gives them the mean eye if they appear to be too friendly. He's a grumpy sour puss. Film crew is very nice, however.
