Coming in town for the basketball game this weekend and I've been craving a Cajun turkey from here. Do they have anywhere inside to sit and eat ? It'll be me, my wife , and two kiddos just grabbing a quick bite before the game. I couldn't remember from my college days if they had anywhere to sit or if I'd be scarfing down in the car. Thanks guys.

They have two tables outside with 4 chairs. You may or may not get asked for money.

Yeah, I wouldn't recommend eating there. Get it to go and eat somewhere else.

Get a half of a sandwich and then drive a mile down brightside and order a half of a sandwich from Inga’s and then eat both of them there. Boom. You’re welcome.

Pick it up and take it to campus. Eat outside the union or the PMAC, your kids will get to enjoy campus for a fre minutes and you won't get panhandled

I thought about eating on campus. May just grab it a bit earlier and take it to hotel. Hotel is all the way over off siegen though. Campus is a great idea if the weather holds up. Should be warm enough but rain has been in and out of the forecast. Thanks for the feedback

Go to Ingas right down the road. Better Cajun turkey sandwich and you can eat inside

It's pretty bad that I never knew it stood for American Market. I went there so much.

I wouldn’t recommend going to these lengths to eat a gas station sandwich. AM Mart is fine, but I think nostalgia is getting the best of your memory. It isn’t good enough to justify going all the way to Brightside/Nicholson, a half hour trip back across town to the hotel, and another half hour back to LSU. Just take the sandwiches on campus.

Giant steak from ingas w Tony's, Cheddar, hon mustard, oregano, lettuce, tomato with half a Cajun turkey from AM Mart would be the greatest meal ever

Good call Gugich

You can drive 1000 feet towards Burbank. They now have Rouses and shops. They might have some seating to eat in that strip mall

Also have the park on the lakes on Stanford. That's where I used to eat my Cajun turkeys

My goto in college was Cajun turkey and ham with cheddar, plain... lots of times you could get away without having to pay for double meat if you acted stupid...eat the Zapps in the car, go home slather some mustard, pop in toaster oven and then achieve nirvana

Or put the Zapps on the sandwich.

Roast Beef and Pastrami w/ Pepper Jack, No Onions, Extra Pickles is my go-to.

Tried the Bahn Mi but the meat on it was terrible. Might try to add Cajun Ham to it the next time.
