Exactly who is he talking about when he was asking if we dont go because of "people there don’t look like you"?
He was too chickenshit to actually say it. Everyone knows what he meant

When I was in Baltimore for work recently I spent $65 for a crab cake.
I once spent $70 for a dry aged McRib

I don’t know what you, he, or anyone else here looks like so I can’t answer that. I doubt you can either. So what exactly are you trying to say?

I don’t care for snow crab. If you like it, maybe it will work for you.
It seems to be the replacement for king crab which is expensive and far greater in quality.

How were the umami flavors?

His name is AbitaFan lol. Hard to take anything from him seriously
Eh. Weak insult. In 2008 when I was in college Abita was one of the few craft beers available. Don’t drink abita anymore but a username change seems like more effort than I care to put into this place.

Having to explain your name isn’t helping your cause.

Friend,
There is far too much bickering going on here. Let us come together, reason, and make amends with each other. We are in the season of Pentecost, and the Holy Spirit did not descend to us like a dove nor Jesus teach us to love and honor our neighbors so that we could grumble and grow cold against one another. Let us forgive one another, find common ground, and love with pure hearts so that we can seek together the kingdom of God.
Yours,
TulaneLSU

Restaurants just heat them up and add whatever butter flavor
I read this too fast and thought you said they add whatever BUFFET flavor and for some reason that had me cracking up.

Hmm…what would a buffet flavor be? Lukewarm and stale?
Posted on 7/29/23 at 9:12 am to SixthAndBarone
Also, for the record, we got off on buffet talk, but the crab legs at L’auberge are not buffet, so we cannot compare it to their regular buffet. You sit down and they bring you a bucket of crab, corn, and potatoes. You eat it and they bring you another bucket.

This thread was just about food until this was posted:
Elitist virtue signaling is a scourge upon civilization.
I never, and I mean never, eat at casinos. Not because of the noisy, illiterate, non-tipping, rude scum that inhabit these places, but because I oppose all forms of gov't sanctioned gambling. They rob the poor so they will have money to buy their votes, and they fall for it.

Why are so many people so against the idea of going to a casino to dine? Is it just because the people there don’t look like you?
