I just got an air fryer. Does anyone fry fish in theirs? How does it come out?

Have not. It's basically a french fry/tater tot/reheat machine for us.

I reheat fried fish all the time and it's terrific. Never battered and fried fresh with it.

You’ll want to get this stuff.

I’ve never fried fish in mine, but fried fish leftovers from restaurants that I’ve brought home and put in the fridge taste just as good the next day in the air fryer.

Do you have a recipe for this?

Haven't tried fish, but discovered recently that it's amazing for sausage balls.

There are lots of recipes, but honestly, salmon is awesome with just a light coating of olive oil and salt and pepper, then cook in your air fryer at 400 (or higher if possible) until the inside is about 140-145. Lemon pepper is also good to use in addition or in-lieu of S&P.

I fry mine by tossing 1 egg in a bowl with the fish and mixing it all around until all of the fish is hella sticky (or you can use the mustard and hot sauce if that's your thing), then tossing it in a 50/50 blend of Louisiana Blue Bag and Louisiana Yellow Bag. You don't need the specialized shake and bake panko style breading.
The "trick" is to spray it with some Pam type cooking spray after you toss it in the breading and shake off the excess, but before you put it in the air fryer.
It won't make it greasy or to the point that it defeats the purpose of using an air fryer (you'll be using no more spray than if you seared the fish in a frying pan) ... but that little coat of sprayed on oil will allow the hot air circulating around the fish to get that breading good and crispy as if you deep fried it.
You'll have to experiment with your fryer to see how long to air fry it .. but I do mine at 390 for about 8 to 10 minutes depending on the size and type of fish.
Also ... I agree that Air Fryers are the way God intended us to cook salmon. 390 for 7-9 minutes, I sprinkle mine with Paul Prudhomme Salmon Magic.

Reheated onion rings to make them crispy is a great use. Wings are fantastic.

Skin On salmon fillets?
I usually do skin on. If you like to eat the skin, you can flip skin side up for the last several minutes to crisp it up.

Takes up space is best thing it does.
