Obviously it's about the women. I haven't operated in the BR market but I know the competition is stiff. Got to give them a stable place that offers them good money

The only hot chick worked the bar. The talent was lacking.

It’s more of a Livingston parish type of place. It would kill it in Denham!

Obviously the customers weren’t.

The labor pool for all these cheesecake places is limited, and largely dependent on college girls willing to dress in scanty attire and put up with a customer base largely made up of dirty old men and uncouth baws. There aren’t enough in Baton Rouge to Staff all of them. Look at someplace that used to have almost all their help that was easy on the eyes and the quality isn’t close to what it used to be

The on in Birmingham didn't last very long, either time it was open. It closed after a year or so, got new management and opened a few months later, only to close again in less than a year.

They had a solid draft list, but the service and food were both horrendous.

I went once and every girl working there seemed like a baby. Wasn't a sexy kinda thing, just borderline pedo. And I'm 28 too. Just my experience.

Perhaps the "breastaraunt" phase is coming to end across the country? I wonder how Hooters sales are doing now compared with a decade ago?

i saw an article somewhere where hooters is placing the blame on millennial's.

Apparently porn hub released information that shows breasts video searches are down 19% with the millennial's which is why hooters is claiming they are to blame for stores closing and hooters franchise going down the drain

Hooters at least has decent food, or at least used to. I haven't eaten there in 10 or 15 years.

I guess Twin Peaks is the new entrant into the genre. Never been, but heard the food is just okay.

There’s an article blaming millennial for the decline of chains, which might be what he’s talking about? Although that has less to do with being a millennial and more to do with the explosion of options that are better than chains.

Edit - I see that’s not the ones he’s referring to.

I agree with 4miles. There’s only so many cute young girls working service industry and with places like Chimes, WalkOns, Sammy’s, and higher end restaurants offering great tips.. most girls aren’t going to choose the one they’ll be embarrassed to tell family or friends they work at.

funny how this is worded.... cause i agree with it but not in a negative tone like that.

It should read, "Rejoice, Millennials are demanding better quality that Chains can provide"

hooters wings are good compared to other wing places.

Twin peaks food is not very good.

I go to Hooters about once a month for lunch with a friend. I love their food. Plus they're like the only wing place that knows how to do boneless wings. Breading is light and crispy, just perfect.
