My buddy got a pizza oven for christmas from his kids. His birthday is coming up and I'd like to get him some stuff to go along with it. For those that enjoy pizza oven cooking, what are some must have accessories you utilize?

A turning peel is a must have. They are smaller in diameter than the regular peel.
