24 hour taco/tortilla chain to open near LSU in 2025.

A Texas taco chain called Fuego Tortilla Grill will be opening near LSU at West Lee and Burbank. It apparently 24 hours.
Has anyone eaten at one of the Texas locations? Is it any good?

Tacos are supposed to be on corn tortillas. You can eat those open faced burritos…but that is not what I want tacos to look like. Should be protein heavy…IDK

Some of the most authentic taco places I frequent the tacos are in some type of sauce.

The hell are you talking about?
For mexican street tacos (in the image you posted) and birria tacos? Sure. But flour tortillas are far superior for just about any other taco.

Corn has its place but they have to be crispy. Can’t stand a taco on a slimy “raw” corn tortilla. Flour holds up better and tastes better IMO.

I can almost guarantee they won’t stay open 24hrs in perpetuity. Understand that’s their model but just won’t convert to that location well IMO. Gl to them.
