Don't have any pics but Downtown Seafood and Bayou Bistro have the best burgers I've ever had.

I have to admit it doesn't look like it would be the best burger anyone has ever had.

t00f - Yeah, its a Dig Magazine thing kinda like Restaurant Week. Pretty good deal for a lot of these places, especially those also giving fries/o-rings.

Very good deal. I like it and wonder if we could get this rolling down here.

It’s a burger and beer for $6, right?

No, the beer is just on special from what I've seen.

Went to Flemings yesterday evening. I thought it was a fantastic burger, although like LL mentioned, the happy hour drink prices werent all that happy.

Burger Rating: 9.1

Took a gamble at ICE House. The picture on eatbr doesn't do it justice. The burger wasn't amazing but very well done. The cheese was super gooey and a big patty.

Rating is a solid 8.25

Went to Creole Cabana for lunch. The description sounded better than the actual burger. Too many things going on and I guess that muddled the flavors. Nothing stood out beyond the beef of the burger; even the thin patty had plenty of flavor.

I didn't take a picture of it, but we went to Steak and Shake last night and I had this:

It's their White Truffle Prime Steakhouse Burger. It was really good.

Jamaican jerk burger from bullfish. It was thick and juicy with a good sauce, but not nearly enough of the sauce. I want my burger to drip down my arm. I liked the pineapples.

Had both the Bistro Byronz burger and the Bengal Tap Room burger so far this week.

I was not expecting much from the Bistro Byronz burger, but was blown away. Easily one of the best burgers I’ve ever had.

The Bengals burger was pretty good as well, but no where near the level of the Bistro Burger.

Tried the Eliza burger today. 9.x easy. Some kind of corn side dish that was good as well.

Anything else recommended from Eliza?

Yes, their gumbo, cajun meatballs, and crab cakes are all incredible. Very underrated restaurant.
